The Jewish community's response to extreme poverty

Fadila is 18 years old, and finished Junior High School at aged 15. She wants to be a teacher, but cannot afford to go to university. Girls in Northern Ghana are trapped in a cycle of poverty. Without an education and with little means young people are open to abuse, exploitation and violence. Girls are especially susceptible to early marriage, and teen pregnancy.
By giving a Rosh Hashana gift today, you can help ensure that young girls like Fadila access income generating projects and youth leadership development programmes so that they can continue their education and grow into the next generation of leaders.

We need £6000 this Rosh Hashana to train 33 Ghanaian youth leaders and help them access income generating projects, so they can support themselves and their familes. Every gift you give will help.
