What is the Tzedek Fellowship?

This fellowship is an opportunity for university students & young professionals interested in learning about and/ or pursuing a career in international development to learn about the key issues and themes within the sector, and to network with a like-minded cohort.

Fellows will deepen their knowledge of the relevant intersecting themes and topics, and build their confidence researching and discussing these highly topical issues among peers.

Expert led sessions, key readings and group research will equip fellows with the tools and knowledge to satisfy intrigue about 21st Century challenges, enhance university studies in related degrees or, in the case of young professionals and career changers, apply in work environments.

This year the programme is running online, allowing for participants from all over the world to join.

Applications are currently closed but will reopen in the summer of 2022 for the 2022-2023 cohort. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram or Facebook for further updates.

Programme Fee

As an organisation rooted in social justice, and which believes in increasing access to education, we bring an equity lens to our programme fee. The cost will depend on what you can afford to pay (even if that is nothing at all). We will be transparent about the estimated cost of running this programme and ask that you contribute as much as you are able, so that we can continue the programme for everyone.

At no point will Tzedek ask you to discuss or justify the amount you decide to pay, and your financial means will not be a barrier to participating.
